OUTREACH
Our approach to community involvement consists of the early and thorough
identification of public issues, addressing those issues as they arise,
and the incorporation, where feasible, of these issues in the development
of project alternatives. TSG staff is especially effective in Environmental
Justice relative to public infrastructure projects. We have designed
workshops, focus groups, and marketing programs for a variety of public
infrastructure and civic projects, and implemented several award-winning
information programs.
TSG has experience working with local agencies, key political leaders,
project stakeholders, special interest and community groups. For our community
outreach forums and field labor audit efforts, our staff uses its quad-lingual
capabilities as needed. TSG has served numerous local agencies and cities,
including the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD), The
City and County of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Community College District,
CALTRANS, and the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD). Our

LABOR
Our experience in Contract Labor and AA/EEO Compliance monitoring is extensive.
The Solis Group has provided these services on numerous public works infrastructure
projects. The construction value of these projects ranges from a few million dollars
for municipalities to $300 million and $1.5 billion for the Pasadena Blue Line and
Alameda Corridor, respectively. Our typical labor-related services include:

PROGRAM AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES
The Solis Group has experience in all aspects of project & program management including contract administration, change orders, and contract claims disputes. We have acted as contract administrators on a multitude of mid to large-scale public works projects. This includes the assessment and development of effective M/D/WBE workforce and business outreach programs.
TSG has successfully developed and implemented change order documents and controls. Furthermore, TSG has prepared procurement packages, RFPs, IFBs, general terms and conditions, and special provisions for design, construction, equipment and material contracts.
