The Solís Group has extensive experience in all
aspects of project management at all phases and at all levels.

at a project’s inception, to conducting studies, needs assessments
and impact assessments to contract labor and AA/EEO Compliance
monitoring to any and all aspects of project and program
management such as contract administration, change orders and
contract administrators. Our scope of services encompasses
many aspects of a project’s lifespan.
Transportation
Increased mobility, whether it refers to the movement of goods or the movement of people, is an important element in reducing congestion, increasing economic development opportunities, and promoting livable communities. The Solis Group helps make the promise of increased mobility a reality by working on projects of major regional significance. We have extensive experience in transit related contract administration, claims management, procurement, project management and transit studies.
Water
Often the difference between growth and stagnation is access to water. This is especially true in the arid West, which continues to see explosive growth with limited water resources. The Solis Group has played a key role in ensuring the availability of affordable, quality water. We have participated in strategic planning processes for Southern California water agencies, assisting them with adapting to changes within the industry. We have extensive experience in water related procurement, project management and water studies.

Public Education and Outreach
Our approach to community involvement consists of the early and thorough identification of public issues, addressing those issues as they arise, and the incorporation, where feasible, of these issues in the development of project alternatives. TSG staff is especially effective in Environmental Justice relative to public infrastructure projects. We have designed workshops, focus groups, and marketing programs for a variety of public infrastructure and civic projects, and implemented several award-winning information programs.
TSG has experience working with local agencies, key political leaders, project stakeholders, special interest and community groups. For our community outreach forums and field labor audit efforts, our staff uses its quad-lingual capabilities as needed. TSG has served numerous local agencies and cities, including the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD), The City and County of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Community College District, CALTRANS, and the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD).
