Central Basin Municipal Water District, Recycled Water System Expansion Project

TSG staff was a key member of the Program Management Team that provided cost estimation, scheduling, bid review and end-user support services for this water conservation project.  TSG staff developed a community and stakeholder relations and outreach plan to be utilized in this process, and participated in Technical Advisory Committee meetings for coordination of the plan.  TSG staff used this plan to mitigate the impact of planned construction on local residents and business owners.  TSG staff was instrumental in coordinating the construction and program activities with other public and private agencies, local utility companies and State regulatory agencies.

Metropolitan Water District, Ultra Low Flush Toilets Program

TSG provided project management for the five county-wide Ultra Low Flush Toilet Program. This included all coordination with MWD and its member agencies for marketing, staging and logistics of the distribution and recycling of all toilets. TSG directed all media relations and strategies, handled all logistics and volunteer coordination with the sponsoring organizations, prepared the information databases and certificates. In addition, TSG developed tailored marketing strategies in each community and oversaw all English-Spanish translation of all marketing materials.
