Orange Country Transportation Authority, Go Local Step Two Project Management

TSG is currently providing Project Management services for The Orange County Transportation Authority's Go Local Program, Step Two. Step One of the the Go Local Program provided funding to all 34 cities in Orange County to study and evaluate connections to the regional commuter line, Metrolink. In Step Two, each of the projects which were advanced by the Authority are studied in closer detail to determine their transit project's feasibility.
The TSG Team is currently providing oversight, support and expertise to OCTA's bench of project consultants responsible for evaluating the bus/shuttle projects. This includes evaluation of proposed projects, evaluation of cost estimates, revenue and ridership assumptions. TSG is serving as an extension of OCTA staff to support, manage and provide oversight of the Step Two consultants. In addition, the TSG team will support OCTA in developing guidelines for Go Local Step Three process.
Regional Transportation Authority, Nashville East Line Commuter Rail

TSG provided program management on the Nashville East Corridor project that included the development of policies and procedures for the procurement of services ranging from engineering and design, financial, support and equipment including the rail cars. TSG coordinated with the Regional Transportation Authority, other transportation providers, and local, state and federal agencies.
Highway Transportation Authority, Tren Urbano Project
Puerto Rico
TSG provided project controls support to Puerto Rico’s first 10.7-mile long double track heavy rail construction project. TSG project staff maintained the Primavera based project master schedule including milestone status, project cost values and cost summary, schedule assessments, look-aheads, and project summaries.
Utah Transportation Authority, TRAX Light Rail System Construction Management
Salt Lake City, UT
In 1997, the Utah Transportation Authority began construction of a $312 million light-rail system for the Winter Olympics in 2002. The Solis Group was a member of the Construction Management team for this project providing office engineering support including submittal review, change orders, and field inspection as well as contract compliance monitoring.
