We are effective partners to the owners, construction managers and contractors on construction projects. TSG's labor compliance services generally include the following:

• advising contractors of all labor compliance requirements;
• reviewing contractor submittals including CPRs, statements of compliance, fringe benefit statements, and employer contributions;
• performing jobsite inspections;
• conducting employee interviews;
• monitoring the use of apprentices;
• providing assistance to contractors related to resolving worker underpayment/nonpayment complaints;
• providing grievance resolution;
• coordinating activities with the client's staff and adjudicating/enforcement agencies;
• preparing audit reports.
