Water Vulnerability Assessment
TSG is responsible for the evaluation & assessment of the vulnerability
and threat evaluation of Southern California's water facilities.
As a new threat faces America's drinking water supplies, TSG is
actively working in compliance with homeland security. TSG is responsible
for the site inspections of all water facilities in the Palmdale/Lancaster
region (Antelope Valley, CA), which includes security, site and
structural evaluations, and on-site personnel interviews.
Port of Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA
Claims Consultant Badger Avenue Bridge Replacement Project
TSG provided claims consulting services to the City Attorneys
Office representing the Port of Los Angeles. The work included providing
an independent analysis of the contractor claims in order to assist
in the facilitation of dispute resolution.
City of Montebello, CA
Montebello Bus Stop Improvement Project
TSG provided support services for the improvement of the Citys
175 current bus stop locations. TSG performed various aspects of
the project contract administration, including development of the
contract bid documents, and performed other support services to
the City including contract compliance, database development and
support, and community relations.
Southeast Community Development Corporation
Economic Trade Area Development
As the Program Managers for a non-profit organization, TSG assisted
businesses in the Southeast communities improve their viability
by developing economic linkages with the City of Pasadena, the Alameda
Corridor Transportation Authority, the Central Basin Water District,
and the City of Long Beach. The goal was to develop relationships
in efforts to develop ideas and products that the Southeast cities
can manufacture, which can then be exported along the Alameda Corridor
to the Pacific Rim.

Smart Shuttle
TSG assisted the SCDC in the development of the first community-based
smart shuttle. This project was developed using a strategy of selection
of an entrepreneur to operate the project in order to be able to
provide service without government subsidies. TSG handled all marketing
for the shuttle program to businesses and residents.
Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transit
Authority (LACMTA), Los Angeles, CA
Transit Pass Program
As the head of the Corporate Outreach Program for LACMTA, TSG staff
were responsible for the policy direction and administration of
the $7.8 million Transit Pass Program. TSG was involved in development
and budgeting for the implementation of several transit shuttle
programs worth over $4 million.
