Contract Labor (Prevailing Wage) Compliance and Monitoring

The Solis Group provides full Labor Compliance services to clients throughout California, using the client's or our own Labor Compliance Program. We are effective partners to the owners, construction managers and contractors on construction projects. We are committed to proactive communication with all parties, and strive to resolve issues before they escalate.

TSG's labor compliance services generally include the following: advising contractors of all labor compliance requirements; reviewing contractor submittals, including CPRs, statements of compliance, fringe benefit statements, and employer contributions; performing jobsite inspections; conducting employee interviews; monitoring the use of apprentices; providing assistance to contractors related to resolving worker underpayment/nonpayment complaints; providing grievance resolution; coordinating activities with the client's staff and adjudicating/enforcement agencies; and preparing audit reports.
